Q: Are your pet toys safe? What if my pet chews them up and swallows them?

A: This is a very important question. All our toys are made with non-toxic, food-grade raw materials (such as natural rubber and environmentally friendly polyester) and have passed related testing.

Q: What is the filling material of the pet bed? Can it be washed entirely?

A: Our pet bed filling is usually filled with highly elastic hollow cotton/PP cotton, providing good support and preventing collapse.

Q: What is the weight capacity of the leash? Is it suitable for strong dogs?

A: Our leashes are designed for pets of different weights, depending on the model. If your pet is particularly strong, we recommend choosing a thicker version or one with shock-absorbing cushioning to protect your hands and your pet's neck.

Shipping & Ordering

Q: How long will it take to ship? How is the shipping cost calculated?

A: We have a mature international logistics system. We usually ship by air (approximately 3-7 days) or sea (approximately 15-30 days). The specific shipping cost will be calculated by weight and volume.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties?

A: According to international trade practices, packages may be subject to customs duties, value-added tax, or customs clearance fees upon arrival at the destination country's customs, depending on local laws.

Q: What if the product I receive is damaged? (Transportation damage)

A: We sincerely apologize for this. Please rest assured that we will take responsibility. Please be sure to check the outer packaging upon signing for the package. If you find any damage, please write "damaged" on the delivery receipt and take photos.

After-sales Service & Wholesale

Q: Do you support returns and exchanges?

A: We support returns and exchanges (provided the product does not affect resale, the packaging is intact, and it is unused/unwashed). If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us first, and we will guide you through the return and exchange process.

Q: I am an overseas pet shop owner/buyer and want to place a bulk order. Can you provide OEM customization services?

Q: Can you provide product samples?

A: Yes, we offer paid sampling or send samples from our existing inventory. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs. Sample fees are usually refunded (or deducted from the purchase price) after a formal order is placed.

Q: Is the product packaging recyclable?

A: Yes! All our outer cartons are made of FSC-certified recycled cardboard, and the inner packaging bags are made of biodegradable materials.

Q: Are the toys I bought made of environmentally friendly materials?

A: Some toys are filled with recycled PET fibers (made from recycled plastic bottles). Producing one toy reduces pollution by approximately five plastic bottles.

Q: Do you support animal rescue organizations?

A: We donate 1% of our annual sales to local animal shelters and rescue organizations. You can see the stories of the animals we help on our social media.
